We updated the fleet of Watchman Monitoring servers today, resulting in a flurry of emails indicating that computers with the Monitoring Client installed had checked in successfully.
From here on out, subscribers to Watchman Monitoring will get an email the first time a computer checks in to their Watchman Server. This email serves as proof of installation, and can be helpful in any billing they choose to do for the monitoring service we enable.
Subscribers with GSX Access are encouraged to enable AppleCare expiration notifications in their server’s Settings tab.
We’re looking forward to more development soon, including tying in remote support links via Simple Help along with our existing support for TeamViewer, LogMeIn, and our favorite remote control solution the Bomgar Remote Support Appliance.
