Installing the Watchman Client allows consultants to monitor their clients’ Mac computers and receive alerts when there are issues to be addressed.
The Watchman Monitoring Client reports backup status, hardware failures, and many other aspects of a computer’s health. Subscribers are notified of client issues via their personal Watchman Server, enabling the Subscriber to provide proactive support to their clients.
