When it came time to add more support staff, there was no better place to look than our subscribers. In his work at Strong Solutions, Jack-Daniyel Strong “JD” was the first subscriber to pass the 1500 computer threshold in our Professional Account. With just two employees on staff, and over 1800 computers monitored, we knew he was doing something right. We could not be more excited to have JD on staff to continue our tradition of building our subscribers’ business.
JD’s company, Strong Solutions, will shift its focus to StrongCare services and business solution consulting, replacing the time spent on retail offerings with email, phone and chat support for Watchman Monitoring subscribers.
